I use this information to respond to enquiries, plan and deliver guided tours, manage bookings, provide quotes, keep appropriate business records, and deal with any practical or safety matters relating to your tour.

4. Lawful basis
For most enquiries and bookings, I use your information because it is necessary to respond to your request or to provide the tour you have asked about. I may also keep limited records for legitimate business, accounting, insurance or legal reasons. If you provide information about mobility or health-related access needs, I will use it only for the purpose of planning your tour appropriately.

5. Who I share information with
I do not sell your personal information. I may share limited information where necessary with service providers such as my website host, email provider, payment or accounting providers, insurers, professional advisers, or venues and transport providers where this is needed for your tour.

6. Website hosting and international transfers
The website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace states that it may process personal data from the UK, EEA and Switzerland and uses safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for transfers outside the UK/EEA. 

7. How long I keep information
I keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and manage potential bookings. Booking and financial records may be kept for longer where needed for accounting, tax, insurance or legal reasons.

8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, subject to legal and business record-keeping requirements. You can contact me at jeff@mylakestour.co.uk.
